Request MFA/2FA authentication reset - for a user

If you have a new phone, lost your phone or need a reset of your MFA, you can request an

Authentication reset as follows:


  1. Log in using your previously created login details, Click Next
  2. Click Lost your Phone? Request reset Authentication
  3. You'll receive a prompt that the request will be sent to a system administrator for approval
  4. Click Continue
  5. You'll be given an option to return to the JAVLN Officetech sign in page


Once your system administrator has approved the request you will receive an email with a link to follow. 


In the email, Click Go to JAVLN Officetech which opens your default browser and will display your login details, Click Next.


You'll need to download and install the Microsoft or Google Authenticator app if

you are setting up a new phone.


  • On your Authenticator click on the + icon and follow instructions to scan the QR Code.MFA SET UP QR Code
  • Complete set up by entering the code that is generated into the JAVLN Offictech login window. 
  • You will be required to enter the OTP for a second time to complete the log in.


You'll then be taken to the JAVLN Officetech home page.
