Broker Outstanding Renewal List Report


Purpose: To display renewals that have been created but not yet posted. This includes renewals awaiting client or insurer approval, or those that the processor may have overlooked. To provide detailed policy information.   


Usage: Renewal, Month End


Content:

  • Company and Branch information

  • Client details (Name, Address, Number, Phone Number)

  • Policy details (Number, Contract, Portfolio, Inception Date)

  • Financial details (Sum Insured, Premium, Fees, Taxes, Commission, Total)

  • Risk Carrier/Insurer and Contract information

  • Agent/Intermediary/Broker/Agent details


Parameters:

  • Company (Mandatory)

  • Currency (Mandatory)

  • Risk Carrier/Insurer and Contract

  • Branch

  • Intermediary/Broker/Agent

  • Interested 3rd Party

  • Policy Contract

  • Company Rep

  • Association

  • Date range (Insured From/To) - The date range for the report is based on the "Insured From" dates of the policies.


Format: Excel


Broker Expiring Renewal List Report


Purpose: To identify policies that are nearing their expiration date and require renewal. It helps to proactively manage renewals and ensure that no business opportunities are missed. Essentially, it provides a list of policies that are "about to expire and needs renewal" so that the business can "be renewed in the near future."


Usage: Renewal, Month End


Content:

  • Policy Information: Policy Number, Start Date, Expiry Date, Policy Contract, Risk Carrier/Insurer, Carrier/Insurer Contract, Insurer Policy Reference.

  • Client Information: Client Name, Client Number, Postal Address, Phone Number.

  • Financial Information: Company Premium, Carrier/Insurer Commission, Dynamic Fees (Broker/Insurer), Stamp Duty Split, Taxes & Levies, Total Cost, Sum Insured (in the "SHOW_SI = Y" layout).

  • Agent Information: Agent/Intermediary/Broker/Agent, Other Agents.

  • Other: Company Rep, Branch, Migrated Policy (Y/N), Portfolio Number.

  • Branch

  • Intermediary/Broker/Agent: Filters by agency/broker/Intermediary/Broker/Agent.

  • Exclude Migrated Policies?

  • Show Sum Insured
