Bug Fixes
- ServiceHook stability improvements: This release enhances robustness and minimises any interruptions related to ServiceHook performance
- Outlook add in performance improvements: Enhancements have been made to improve overall Outlook add in performance and reduce instances of Outlook freezing during use.
- Scanner performance enhancements: Scanner performance has been optimised to provide faster and more reliable scanning.
- File download and export fixes: Issues affecting the downloading and exporting of multiple files have been resolved, resulting in a smoother and more consistent experience.
Outlook Add-in Update Required
To complete the upgrade successfully, all users will need to update their Outlook Add-in once the release has been deployed. Please follow the steps outlined in the How To Guide.
ServiceHook Update
ServiceHook should update automatically. However, if ServiceHook does not update to the most recent version, please follow the steps outlined in the How To Guide.
If you experience any issues during the Outlook-add in or ServiceHook update, we recommend contacting your local IT service provider first, as they may need to assist with permissions or workstation level configurations.
