To keep your data secure and ensure files can be processed correctly, only the file types listed below can be uploaded. Any file type not on this list will be blocked. Existing files that were uploaded previously can still be viewed in the system.
Before uploading, make sure your file is saved or exported in a supported format. Simply renaming the file extension will not work, because the system checks the actual file format, not just the file name.
Tips for saving correctly
- Use Save as or Export in the application you created the file in
- If you are unsure which format to choose, export a new copy in one of the supported file types below
- If you still cannot upload the file, confirm the file is genuinely in that format and not just renamed
