Updating the JAVLN Officetech ServiceHook

Steps to uninstall the current ServiceHook

1. Logout from JAVLN Officetech 
2. From Add or Remove Programs (Appwiz.cpl) on each user PC uninstall the existing JAVLN Officetech ServiceHook
3. Ensure that the WebView2 is installed on the PCs. You can download this from the following link: download

Steps to download and enable the new JAVLN Officetech ServiceHook

Upon logging into JAVLN Officetech, the below prompt will appear. 

Click “download” link to download then install the ServiceHook on each user PC. After installation, ServiceHook icon displays in the Windows taskbar.

Note: 

• User must have the permission to install new application to their profile.
• ServiceHook must be installed on each user profile.

After completion of installation, select “click here to enable it” to start the ServiceHook. System will display popups to get user confirmation to allow the site to open JAVLN Officetech link. 

Open Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, launch the Save Form then click “Open JAVLN Officetech” button to initiate the connection to JAVLN Officetech.
