How do I reset my password?

1.On the JAVLN login screen, click the "Forgot password?" link.

2 Enter your email address when prompted.

3. Click SEND.

4. A confirmation banner will appear, indicating that a password reset email will be sent to your email address if it is valid.

Creating a New Password:

Your new password must meet specific complexity requirements, which are displayed as you type.
These requirements include a minimum number of characters, as well as a mix of numbers, lowercase and uppercase letters, and special characters.
As you meet each requirement, it will turn green.

Important: After changing your password, you will be automatically logged out of any active sessions for security reasons.
