Branding and Service Update to JAVLN Officetech

JAVLN Officetech (JOT) has undergone a brand update, featuring a new product logo and an updated color scheme. To maintain functionality and integration with MS Office, the following JOT product components require updating:

1. Outlook Add-In
2. Officetech Servicehook
3. MS Office Manifest files

Your JAVLN Officetech site administrator(s) will have received the necessary files and download links for this service update via email.

If you do not have access to JAVLN Helpdesk: please contact your JAVLN Officetech site administrator, who can raise a support ticket on your behalf.

Officetech Add-ins for Microsoft Office 365

Please contact your IT team/provider to upload the new manifest (XML) files to your MS Office account Portal. It is important that the update of the manifest files is scheduled and co-ordinated with the Add-in and Service updates below.

This action will configure the Officetech Add-ins within your Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
